I am fascinated to get back to basics, and to understand where our food comes from, and in particular to make food how it was made in the past; before we could pop down to the supermarket to buy everything ready-made on the shelves. This interest has extended into other products, such as soap.
A lot of people have asked me about some of the things that I make, and how I do it. So here is my small library. Enjoy, start making your own stuff, and let me know it goes.
Just a quick disclaimer – this is all a big experiment, so do what you do at your own risk. Although I have never got ill from any food I have made.
This list will grow as I have time, so please come back soon.
